It begins with the HC. He is not very much involved other than give a speech here and there and just stand in the sidelines watching with the stupid look in his face wondering what just happen. If the Oc is not doing his job he needs to step in. So far he has been out of touch and out of the way. Not to mention the fact when he does have to make a decision he usually botches that up just like the time out calls and the decision to hit long filed goals knowing that his kicker is very iffy from that distance. But he did tell us that they are "addressing" the issues, right?
