LT is the reason why linebacker is my favorite position in football.

We love defense more than offense in NY... it is what it is.
    Absolutely.

When the Giants lose because of bad offense, it bums me out.

When the Giants lose because of bad defense, it makes me sick.

It's something that is genetic in Giants fans.....it's passed down from father to son. I remember as a little kid when the crowd chanted DE-fense!!!!.....my old man would crank up the TV.....my mom would have a frown on her face, but it didn't matter.....it was Sunday afternoon, and the Giants were on.

I'd love it if the Giants had the horses to go back to a 3-4..... I'll take an All-Pro Linebacker over an All-Pro Defensive End any day of the week.

I sure miss those great defenses we had.

Lawrence Taylor was the Best. I really hope he gets his house in order and finds some peace.

I was a young but one of my fav memories ever honestly was in the 1993 season Finale against Dallas..the game was for the division and home field through out, doesn't get much bigger, and LT had a Sack late in the game, and he got about a 5 min standing ovation from the fans, kind of a thanks for everything...Best fans in football imo, and LT was the best defensive player off all time imo.

Lawrence Taylor was the best player I have ever seen. As you can tell from my avatar and signature I'm a huge LT fan. He redefined the position, changed the way NFL offenses game planned defenses. He could win a game on his own from a defensive position. This franchise’s fan base had the privilege to be able to say we had one of the best players EVER to play the game on our team.

Giants fan since the early 80s
