It would be an absolute no-brainer to re-sign him.
Jacobs is 100% healthy, and better than Lumpkin or Torrain.....and now Bradshaw has a bum knee.

I would think the Giants would put a claim in for him but i'm not sure what priority we have on the waiver wire.
I would think he's got to be better than Blumpkin at least.
