Bradshaw's Absence

No excuse for today's embarrassment, but I wanted to bring up the idea of Bradshaw's absence having a part. He is clearly an emotional leader on this team, and even when he plays like crap, just having him around seems to make this team play better.

This is not the first time that the team comes out flat when Bradshaw isn't there.
