I know I am new to this board. I have been a Giant fan for 30 years.Tom Coughlin is a great man....in fact he might be too good and loyal to certain players and assistant coaches. There is no question that he has done great things for the giants and there fans. But it seems as he has lost the ears and minds of the players this year. The offensive schemes are too predictable and defence is inept. I would like to see Jon Gruden come and bring his skills to big blue. He is a QB friendly coach and would be a huge help to Eli. Also our major draft needs is the O line..........we should spend every pick at this selection.
