Eli and the play clock

I haven't posted in a couple years but I couldn't help it. Does anyone have any insight into why Eli struggles every single week with the play clock? Burning timeouts and taking delay of game penalties is pretty pathetic on a consisten basis like this. What the hell is the reason? Does he have ADD?

I just posted the same thing. Are we not getting the call in soon enough? Is he late in reading the defense? Why can't this get fixed?
