Coach Gary Kubiak revealed at his Monday press
conference that Matt Schaub is dealing with a "significant" foot injury,
and will be out for at least Week 12.</p>

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Schaub's
injury is of the Lisfranc variety, meaning he's done for the year if
it's a fracture. A Lisfranc sprain is an injury he could potentially
return from before season's end, although it's probably unlikely. Matt
Leinart will be under center following the Texans' Week 11 bye. Schaub
will meet with a specialist later this week, and is without a timetable
for a return. The injury comes right as the Texans are set to get Andre
Johnson (hamstring) back following a six-week absence, and clouds the
race for the top seed in the AFC.
