Yea, bad timing, i missed the debate, but the Yanks once again put a beatdown on the nearly unrecognizable red sux, clinched the east, got the 1 seed.

in the 7th, the Orioles lost, and they put that the Yanks clinched on all the jumbo trons, and the place went nuts. Cool stuff.

I'm sure it was fun. And yes...these aren't the real Red Sox. They will be back next season. All this horrific year did was help usher in a new era, with a real manager, of greater glory than we have ever achieved before.

Problem with trading away the contracts like they did, is that they now have no bait for getting free agents. Well, this is my opinion. Pedroia and Ellsbury are not enough to build an offense around, and same goes for Lester and Bucholtz. That's not a draw for big name free agents. I dont know how they are goign to do it.

20 games under .500 and the building is still packed. The Sox are a religion in Boston. If you don't think most players would love to play in that environment, your crazy.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Youk back next year. As long as Mr. Dip**** is gone.
