    nah man...I'd probably move south of here...cost of living is significantly cheaper. if I keep my pay somwhere in the same range, I could afford a nice house, and not bull**** rent like here.
    plus, I think a longer warm season would be good lol.</P>

    depends where obviously....but, when I lived in the city of poughkeepsie like 7 years ago, my roommates and I paid $1100 a month.
    Even "ghetto" areas like that are not exactly affordable.
    City...forget about it...youre lucky to find **** under 2k down there</P>

    yea, and with the cost of homes down south, I can afford a mortgage on a nice house for sure. although I'd probably want to move with someone to split it, plus going WITH someone makes the transition from home easier.</P>

    my dad left, and he lives comfortably. he's a real estate broker, so im sure he went to wear he could make the most and spend the least. haha</P>
