And if you think that CA wouldn't of got murder in the first wtih how she acted post the act (had she been found guilty) it would of destroyed any credibility that it was an accidental death or something like that. If they had the evidence that she did it, the prosecution DEF painted a good enough picture for her motive of being an out of control person. She def would of gotten murder in the first.
