LT's turing 180 degrees now--I am completely off balance and can longer think objectively.
I can't get past first few pages....very disturbing. I am having trouble separating my emotions from my decision now--leave that for the courtroom. Everyone involved should be fried to the fullest extent.

Exactly! I challenge all of you to read the indictment. Especially YOU Matt and Daven. I think your opinion will be changed about the people involved once you read it.
Everyone covered it up to save the football program. The reason why Joe Pa takes more heat than anyone is because of who he is, what he stands for and what a larger than life figure he is on campus.

before i do that i want a response from you:
what exactly do u think our opinions are?
This is entirely suspect and heresay, but I did consider the fact that Joe Pa liked what he had in Sandusky as a defensive co-ordinator, not enough to not report the incident, but perhaps enough to not to follow up on the case. If this true, helpless kids getting raped was not as high of a priority as his team winning. That is purely disgusting.

I suppose it's possible. but that's a hard theory to swallow.
I'm more apt to believe that Joe Pa just assumed he did the right thing by only telling his superiors. which as I have stated, I think is awful. but whatever....old news at this point =\
not to rain on LT's theory but im pretty sure Sandusky was retired by the time this all happened
