“The last three seasons have been marred by collapse,” Barber wrote.
“A once vaunted running game and stingy-aggressive defense have given
way to mediocrity and Eli Manning being the only saving grace. Hopes of dynastic Super Bowl runs have morphed into ‘let’s hope we win more than we lose.’”
The main subject of Barber’s column, however, was Giants coach Tom Coughlin.
“And in the midst of a three game losing streak, after consecutive
ugly losses, and potentially on the verge of making it four with the
undefeated Green Bay Packers next on the docket, how do we “fairly”
evaluate Tom Coughlin?” Barber wrote. “Maybe I’m not qualified to answer
that because I’m not in that locker room anymore; However, watching
from afar, I get the feeling that things aren’t necessarily “all good”
over at MetLife Stadium.”

Chester McGlockton, a former NFL defensive tackle who made four Pro
Bowls with the Oakland Raiders in the 1990s, has died of an apparent
heart attack. He was 42.

McGlockton had been an assistant coach at Stanford for the last two years.
The
Raiders took McGlockton out of Clemson with the 16th overall pick in
the 1992 NFL draft. He played in Oakland for six seasons and made the
Pro Bowl every year from 1994 to 1997. McGlockton then spent three years
with the Chiefs two with the Broncos and one with the Jets.

I really don't think anything but that will happen and it sucks.
We were in the Saints game even in the 3rd quarter. Then we just fell apart. Once we get down they just give up. I don't understand it.

Guess that falls on the coach right Dez?

Wow!
I guess that falls on the players not being motivated when we play winning teams.
[/quote]and at what point do we blame the players? its so easy to blame one person, isnt it guys?
