how bout this:

if it were a girl in this situation, gay or not...same penalty....
if it were a girl being prosecuted for it, same penalty....

I cant think of a reason this would have had a different outcome.
Because pretty much everything bad that COULD have happened to this kid, did....</P>


I gotta ask though, in all fairness: what punishment should a person get who did the things that essentially led to a kid committing suicide?</P>

I agree it would of been as well

and i'm of the belief that lesbians are MUCH more socially accepted than gay guys. I made a joke about me loving lesbians before but there was ttruth in that

but their point is that because its a gay issue, the punishment is more

and I say its no more than racial issue or even a vanity issue like obesity.

I think it would of ended the same

or how bout this one:

how bout a straight interracial couple..... what if it was the same scenerio except a white chick/black guy, and the girls roommate put it out there and this happened because like her family was extremely racist so she couldn't handle it or something

or maybe she was obese and having her boyfriend over and they were video'd having sex and the same outcome

i say either way punishment would of been the same

Ehhh, I dunno, probably. They are good points, but I just find it sooo much more fun to talk/joke/make fun of-- about the gay lifestyle with my wife(as an example) than Black/White couples, fat skinney, etc. For me anyway, there's this "thing" about it.

i try and talk **** about everything ipossible can so i can't really relate

although i am told i overuse the word ***got and things like that. I mean i even go with lines like: "Man u must love a **** in your mouth" and even as explicit as that is i really have no sexual aggression behind it... i know its stupid and somebody could read or hear that and say how, but its true
