    this is the first year we don't have a real tree in our house...My wife got a fake one which was way easier to set up.....we are going to my sons this year for the tree thing exchange gifts and what not....**** Obama !!! Get a tree!

    I still think buying a house is a good investment, just roommate's, man, the suck no matter what...just make sure you are really really cool with them, if so I think it's a good idea.

    I would think its a buyers market right now...I never liked the idea of renting they is absolutely no return on that money at least with a house you have something for your money.....up here 800.00 a month will get you a pretty nice place not sure what its like where you are
