I wasnt gaining anything at first, but I was seeing results. Now Im probably adding half a pound to a pound a week which is great for me because I have a very fast metabolism. I was so friggin skinny it took me a little over week to get a 6 pack. lol But I have been going hard, about an hour a day, 6 days a week. Not a carb counter though. I just eat everything in my path, pretty much the same thing right?
