All these names you mention?...There are a lot of old players there.
can you give me examples? I remember there being players on the DL, but i thought it was later in teh year when it went downhill. I think the red sox troubles last year started with Crawford being a bum, A-Gon underperforming, and Bucholtz and Beckett regressing quite a bit, and the rest of your team already filled with a bunch of jobbers.

Jeter is old on that roster, as is A-Rod, but Jeter is still a good player, and good hitter. His bat is better than Nunez. I assume they'll put Nunez at 3rd when Jeter is back?? idk

Lackey, Crawford, Ellsbury (got hurt in the first week) and Bailey come to mind just thinking aloud.
Then we lost Pappy for the entire second half.

My point is that old players tend to get hurt.
    Get well soon 80.

    Last place.
They have a 55 year old starter in Pettitte. You think he's not gunna get hurt? And I hate to say it, but Youk is pretty injury prone.
They will get guys back and more guys will go on the DL to replace them.

BTW....while I generally like the porn stache look, that stache on that fat ******* Joba looks horrible.
