if you must know, i had some many sprains on my left ankle that scar tissue started to calcify, leaving me with limited movement. i needed surgery to separate the actual bones, which of COURSE led me to favor the other foot....which weakened that one instead. by the end of high school, i had the ankles of 50 year old man >.>

My pops does the stationary bike cause both of his knees are completely shot. Hes been doing it religiously for about a 2 years. The doctor found some skin cancer on his calf in Sept and they had to cut it out. they had a really hard time getting it out because the muscle was so hard but all is good now. So yea they work.
