Its not about Pugh. I have every expectation that he will end up a solid player. Its about the wisdom of that pick at that point in the draft. And more specifically, the wisdom of putting themselves in the position where they felt they had to take the best available O lineman.
I would have loved to see us pick Trufant and develop him as the heir apparent to Webby. Could you imagine Prince and Trufant for the foreseeable future?
Its not that player. Its the value at #19 that bugs me.
