honestly, just like..make taco meat and take like two tortillas to work along with lettuce and cheese and make like a couple of tacos, that will last a couple of days or so
prepare some salads, spaghetti, hero subs. etc. So much **** you can make at the beginning of the week to carry you through the week.
and make something you actually like lol. I had to learn this the hard way. I was losing SOO much money because I kept eating out and buying snacks from like..7-11 and ****. making prepared meals are not only tastier and healthier, but cheaper.
