They say he is supposed to be even better than Vince Coleman and Rickey Henderson at stealing bases. He may be faster, but I just don't see him breaking those stolen base records with most teams abandoning the great art of basestealing.

I feel the need......THE NEED FOR SPEED!!!!!!!!

OK...I got a guy on TAGF telling me that Amhad Bradshaw ran with the same "high and tight" style as Tiki Barber.

Anyone agree because I looked at highlight reels and I can't find a single carry like that.

Did I miss the declaration of Poughkeepsie, NY as "vacationland USA"?

No. Bradshaw was terrible at carrying. Just watch his highlights. Hes constantly moving the ball when he runs to help keep balance. Do people forget all the fumbles he had?

It's still a big part of the game....it's just that the players are totally different now. It's more difficult to steal bases when most aces pitch in the mid to high 90s.....which wasn't really as prevalent back in the 70s, 80s, or even the 90s for that matter....
Also, Henderson was a decent hitter earlier in his career....cant say the same about guys like Hamilton, Dee Gordon, and guys known for speed.
