I would ship Rolle and phillips for this kid.

He seems to be the complete package and I havent seen him make any mistakes yet in 3 games I have seen him play. He is just so relaxed back there and solid. Rolle I am not a big fan of. His tackling isnt very good and his coverage seems to be all over the place. He is better up at line of scrimmage and is ok at nickle sometimes.

Phillips is kind of a quiet player that is a little above average.

Kuechly- Led NFL in tackles
Bobby Wagner- 140 tackles, 3 INT's MLB on top scoring defense in NFL
Casey heyward- 6 int's 21 PD's
