So let me get this straight... Not only do the Redskins need to change their name, but also the Cleveland Indians, Atlanta Braves, and Kansas City Chiefs? The youngest of these teams being the Chiefs who are over 50 years old? You want to wipe away a combined 330 years of team history just to be politically correct? What about teams that have mascots as 'warriors'? Warriors are people too and shouldn't be made a mockery of by mascots. What about the San Fransisco 49ers? The people who rushed to California in 49 looking for gold were people too and shouldn't be made a mockery of. How about the Green Bay Packers? People who work low income jobs packing meat shouldn't be made a mockery of by an NFL team. They are people too ya know!

White Europeans killed off many Indian tribes and then told them they can only happily live in little reservations. And this was the same time they had Africans as slaves. They can do what ever they want on their reservations because this entire country was theirs at one point. And I love casinos.

Chiefs, Braves and Indians are not racist. Redskins is. So is the logo the Indians have. Imagine a team named the Blackskins and their logo was a man with an afro. Same thing really. Its racist. Im not against it because it isn't purposefully racist now, but then again, Im not a Native American so I cant say anything.
