What would be my off season moves:

I thought we would draft a Tackle in the first round...

    4 Tackles were
first round pick material but finally 2 are returning for their senior season: Matthews and Lewan

Fisher comes from a small university (low level of competition) and Joeckel will be top 3 pick

I would go with Kyle Long in round 2-3

so Montgomery or Okafor with the 1st round pick as DE (Osi is gone and Tuck is not the same)
    or
Sheldon Richardson DT (maybe we will cut Chris Canty)
    or
Xavier Rhodes (maybe we will cut Corey Webster)

that means we should take a LB with the 2nd or 3rd round pick: Ogletree or Bostic

    Round 1: Sheldon Richardson DT
    Round 2: Kyle Long T-G
    Round 3: Alex Ogletree ILB
Round 4: Meshak Williams OLB (hybrid)
    Round 5: Sanders Commings CB
    Round 6: Quanterus SMith DE
    Round 7: Uzoma Nwachukwu WR

    Cut:
    Chris Canty
    Corey Webster
    Michael
    Boley
    David Diehl

    Re-sign:
    Victor Cruz
    Stevie Brown
    William
    Beatty
    Martellus Bennett
    Terrell Thomas (cut and re-sign)
    Domenik
    Hixon
    David Carr
    Andre Brown
    Bear Pascoe
    Sean Locklear
    Lawrence
    Tynes
Rocky Bernard (because we cut Chris Canty)
    Adrian Tracy
    Jim
    Cordle

    Let go:
    Osi Umenyiora
    Chase Blackburn
    Shaun
    Rogers
    Ramses Barden
    Travis Beckum
    Keith Rivers
    Kenny
    Phillips
Kevin Boothe (we will lack money ... would keep him otherwise)

I think MLB is the weakest link, we really need someone that can solidify that position.

How can folks keep saying that when the last 2 seasons the MLB position has been the most effective of the 3 lb positions. Game after game you see the MLB step up & make big plays while the SS & WS LB are non-existant. Granted our current MLB corp has no HOF players but at least at times you know they're on the field.

I would not cut Boley........he is one of the best LBers we have right now, and one of the fastest.........

I'm not sure why we were taking virtually all of Boley's snaps from him last couple of games of the season if we weren''t going to cut him.

Ogletree might go before Te'o in the draft once the combine is finished. The kid is a freak. So absolute 0% chance he falls through the 1st round.

You must be watching another team. Boley is one of our slowest LB's, 2nd only to Blackburn. He was benched at the end of the season for a reason....he slowed down even more!
