I can't blame. The way Goodell handled that whole situation was shady and unfair. He basically just swept it under the rug with no kind investigation. And if I am correct, he destoyed the evidence brought before him so even if he or another commissioner wanted to investigate, they couldn't. Really bad!
Until that situation gets properly investigated there will always be a cloud over the Patriots dynasty and that Super Bowl.
