    Heh, you can say he build the foundation of his HOF career in those years with Big Blue.
    I think he took advantage and public notice taking 2 franchises like the Giants and Pats and making them winner. The Giants were starving to be a winner again not winning the big one for such a long time. The Pats were a joke of a franchise and in some ways he turn the tide and made them relevant changing the cuture of the entire team. The Jets ? A fair enough job in my eyes. The cowturds ? That is as you mention my only beef against the Tuna but it didn't seem to hurt his stock for the Hall not to mention his stint with the Fins.
