    Interesting pre game info

    Parcells said Giants wanted to sign Chris Carter but a league rule prevented it so he ended up a Viking. What rule?t

    CC was cut by the Eagles , Minn and the Giants put in a claim for him. CC was on his way here, but since it happened early in September of '90, the order of the waiver claims (Carter had 3 years) were according to the inverse order of teams' records for the previous year (1989). The Vikings were ahead of the Giants in that order unfortunately.

    Hate to see Ray Lewis win anotherbSuper Bowl, but probably better than listening to the niner' tell us all how they should have won the last 2 Super Bowls.
