Alec Ogletree is all I got to say

No way they allow this unit to go unaddressed.

Possible FA = Rey Maualuga, Dannell Ellerbe, Philip Wheeler, Erin Henderson

Possible Draft Picks = Round 1 - Jarvis Jones, Kevin Minter, Alec Ogletree
Round 2 - Manti T'eo, Khaseem Greene, Arthur Brown, Chase Thomas
It seems like the actual cap situation isn't going to allow the Giants to do much in FA to fix our LB corps. Its mind-boggling knowing we don't have 2/3 starters and that Kiwi isn't a " true " LB at all.

I thought that too, and would be happy with him,,but arthur brown does it all and just needs to get a little bigger if possible, I really like his potential in this D.

In a pipe dream, I'd love to see this happen:

    Move Kiwi back to DE

Pick up Phillip Wheeler in FA. He's an OLB that can cover sideline to sideline. From what I read, he should come relatively cheap.

    Draft:
    - Alec Ogletree- OLB/ILB (1st)
    - Sylvester Williams- DT (2nd/3rd)
    - Nico Johnson- OLB (3rd/4th)

On paper, this would provide immediate upgrades at all 3 LB positions, and would add the necessary speed to help us defend the NFC East offenses. Sylvester Williams is a mammoth of a man, and could have an immediate impact on run defense.

    I'd be stoked.

Would not mind it at all but as long as it is in the 2nd round

Why did you say we lost Rivers in FA as if that were a fact that happened already.

I think we have a good chance to resign him for cheap. He wasn't able to stay healthy for us either, how is he a hot commodity?

I don't think Wheeler will be cheap in a relatively weak LBer class. He is coming off of the best season of his career.

I really think that Ogletree is gonna be gone by our pick. Jones too, I believe.

BPA in my opinion. We can use an upgrade in talent EVERYWHERE accept for QB and WR.

No way we draft an LB in the first, hopefully he diesnt wait to long like always and draft a bust... Just made a post about Khaseem Green, u think he would be a great fit. Just don't know how high he is going to go in the draft. Him in the second would be great though

I don't know if we'll spend a 1st rounder on a ILB, maybe a DE or a CB... FA is more likely the route we'll go this year, think Rivers might be the guy...
