    Is open-ended required for the survey? If it isn't, I wouldn't even consider factoring it in unless you have an all-encompassing classification method in place to record/analyze the answers, that -- without question -- will vary.

    Plus, survey participation will be a much easier task if the surveys are just simple, multiple choice/checkbox options. If survey participation won't be an issue, then disregard whatever I'm saying lol.

    We need 2 open-end questions that are simple and short. No long-answers really.
