Richardson is an absolute beast. I would be very happy with that pick.

Richardson is a pretty good choice but with the names i mentioned above being thrown around here for the past month you would think that the guys we passed up if the draft went this direction were Cant miss prospects.... Anyway you cut it we will have some serious thinking to do when 19 is up at the podium. And now in light of the news that several teams may persue Cruz we may wind up with a much higher quality pick in the first round maybe 3 or 9 or 16 is what i have been hearing. Raiders, Jets and Rams are all interested. Rams have two first round picks so if they really want him that bad they can make an offer that they know we cant match and just give up one of their first round choices... and he is history. I think the number 16 was their pick and the 22 or 23 was one they got in a trade. so we could come up at 16 and 19 next month

Not unreasonable I suppose when you throw in 2 QB's which everyone seems to be assuming wont happen. I'd rather have Trufant, personally.

It would be the Rams 22nd pick. Jets cannot afford Cruz and neither can the Raiders, that being said...the Raiders will not give up the 3rd pick in the draft for Cruz. Its about who can afford Cruz, not who wants him. Jets and Raiders are out of the question.

I wouldn't mind Richardson but I feel the DT position is deep enough to find a 3tech to challenge Austin outside of round 1. Still feeling like it will be a pass rusher who drops into our laps.
