Ramses Barden contemplating resigning... vet min depth? Sure. Battle it out in camp.

Ralph Vacchiano ‏@RVacchianoNYDN I'm not sure if the Giants feel the same way, but I wouldn't rule it out while they're handing out one-year, minimum-salary deals. #NYG

Interesting. Last month WR Ramses Barden said "it's probably best" to move on from the Giants. Now I hear they're still an option for him.

As it says, Giants may or may not feel the same way. He knows the offense and is a veteran.. who knows. Would be the #5 receiver.

I'd rather a late round draft pick than Barden.

I met Barden and he is a super nice guy. I kinda wish he comes back for the bare minimum.

Barden's cap figure was never his problem, it's his play. Idc, it's up to the Giants, but I think we should get a raw kid late if we want a new developmental WR.

    I'd take Barden over Jernigan.

    Based on his height?

JJ can return kicks, but the Giants also already have speedsters like Cruz and Murphy (assuming he makes the team),

Barden, on the other hand, presents freakish size and potential, but has never been able to do anything with it.

    It's a tough call.

Barden had a big game in his only start. Jernigan has what, 2 or 3 catches in 2 seasons?
