    Nassib's Role

Do you think Nassib was taken as a successor to Eli or future trade bait?

Ok, I'll bite. How are those two picks even remotely connected?

How would you like to be trashed by the GM..."hope he never has to play for us"...I'm paraphrasing.

But not so fast. Supposing the Giants make the playoffs the next 5 years, and Eli is no longer the quick healer that he is. So what kind of quarterback are the Giants likely to be able to draft with a perennial late draft position?

Either is possible, though trade bait is more likely.

Trade bait. We tried it with Woodson though and that did not work out.

How could we possibly expect a guy like Nassib to become trade bait without playing?
