    Ravens are all about great defense, so it makes sense to me. I wish him well.

    Yep, his Saints and Rams teams were the very model of defensive excellence.

    He was building something with the Rams, but of course had the difficult duty of 2 full time jobs with the HC and DC. The Saints? Really didn't give him much time at all. And seriously they probably have the greatest defensive talent deficiency in the NFL. Seriously, who do they have on that defense other than Greer who is now on the wrong side of 30?

    The Rams thing was like being handed a bag of doo-doo with the expectation of making pancakes and bacon...

    I was surprised at his being let go with it being a small-market team and all, but I guess the Greatest Show on Turf will be a hard comparative to escape in Gateway to West...
