What do you think of this guys idea in our keeper league?
Here's the rules. We allow you to keep 0 players 1 player or 2 players. If you keep 1 player, he's your first round pick. If you keep 2, they are your first and 2nd round pick. Serpentine style draft. I'm 2nd pick and I'm keeping no one.
His idea is, and this is from text message:
"Say I want to keep 2 players, can I use one of my keepers to trade? Like I have AJ Green, Doug Martin, Jamaal Charles. Could I trade Doug Martin to Blake if he keeps no one, and then get the pick and keep AJ Green and Jamaal Charles?
Like am I allowed to keep 2 players and on top of it trade a third player for a draft pick (which would be in the 1st or 2nd round).
I disagree it's unfair because they had the ability to get good players just like I did. If they made a better team they'd have this option. Also by that logic, winning the championship is unfair cuz you have a better team than everyone.
I don't think it's unfair."
I feel that we have to set a day to make your KEEPER selection by and then after that date, you can trade your picks and keepers, but you don't have your whole team to trade away for picks.
He should be able to get some type of compensation for one of those three players. He drafted a helluva team, and his expertise (or luck) should be awarded.
Had I been in a similar style league, I would've had the same issue seeing as this was my team last year:

Plus Gronk, whom I cut after week 15.
