Utah really is the best. Best snow. Best bang for the buck. Better mountains. However, other than Park City, there isn't much of a night scene. So it's kinda dead. Colorado is more happening and thus more pricey. The few times I went to Aspen and Vail - ridiculously expensive.
I remember the first time I went to Breckenridge. People told us to stay in Denver overnight to acclimate ourselves to the thin air. Of course we didn't.
We went out for dinner and drinks (a no-no) and then proceeded to walk uphill for about 45 minutes back to our condo. What a mistake that was.
I bet $.50 the other day on a nickel poker machine. I was playing deuces/joker wild with a progressive jackpot for deuces, royal flush no wild, and 4 deuces with joker. I was dealt 2 deuces and a joker and caught 2 more deuces. I won $1310.00. My life is ruined.
Oh...just to make sure I don't get accused of hi-jacking...I used some of the money to buy supplies for maintaining my lawn.
Just checked back in with this thread....
