    Imagine all the blocks our linebackers could shed if they adopted his techniques?

    Not too sure about employing martial arts technique into the sport, but I can imagine it benefiting in terms of reaction time, quickness, balance and sense of focus. I've heard stories that martial arts benefiting some athletes in other sports.

    No they shouldn't cause Steven Seagal never played football. Not only that, his blocks and techniques don't equate to the game.
