    Training Camp Battles

Training Camp is finally here: Football is right around the corner.

What Training Camp Battle are you most looking forward too?

    For me Herzlich vs Connner

This is going to be a great battle with two incredible athletes. I've been a Herzlich fan since the beginning and continue to be this year even more!

I guess the first is Wilson vs Brown for #1. Also the slot CB role between Ross, Hosley and Thomas will be interesting.

I think the only real battles will be at RT and at all the LB spots. Wilson and Brown are both going to get alot of touches regardless of who "wins".
No one remembers who came in second.

Those are the major ones but there's definitely more to be had. Punt returner is a good one to watch also....probably between Ross, Randle, Hosley and Jerny.

Yes those will be interesting. I also like to watch how our back-ups get re-sorted. I like to see some of those UDFA pushing prior year draft picks off the roster through fiery showings in camp.

I could see Alonzo Tweedy making the team possibly making Sash expendable on ST's.

That's exactly what I am talking about. Sash is a very ordinary player and every time we upgrade someone like him we are stronger "under the surface". In the NFL, the war of attrition is won by teams with better depth.
