    Actually it matters a great deal. On the first team he has a seasoned vet along side him at guard.
    On the second team who knows who will be at guard. Quite possibly camp fodder.

    Snee is on PUP.... So whoever is at guard on either the first or second unit is unlikely to be the opening day starter

    In fact the opening day starter at RG may be either Pugh or Diehl...

    Diehl is the veteran and it should be his to lose. If Pugh is ready to start in his 1st season, then he'll show it and the Giants will probably give it to him because he will have earned it.
