Leave it to the Jets to continually find QBs that make Sanchez look good...

Insanity, with "Eye of the Tiger" playing in the background, accumulated the highest point total this week and beat Hakeem Nicks 137.95 - 100.75, overcoming an 18.22-point spread.

What I don't get is how he came off saying that...way to boost confidence in a young QB

The Jets Ownership is to blame for this and nothing good could come from it.They should of either fired Rex or kept on the GM.
Now u have a GM that wants the Jets coaches to develop and play his guy he drafted but a coach who has the other guys jersey number tattooed on his body. This is why they had a hard time getting someone to take the GM job in the 1st place. No top GM candidate was going to take a job that the coach has this much of the owners ear. Now you have a coach and a GM not on the same page. U have 1 guy trying to save his job while the other guy is trying to build the team for next year. Rex Ryan is taking shots at a rookie QB through the media which to me is borderline insubordination to stick to Idzik for trying to force a rookie QB on to him.
