Regarding some of the cameras being down on the construction cam page.



The construction cam is run by a third party company (earth cam). They are aware of the issue and are trying to resolve it.



If you look on the construction cam page, you will notice i have a put a note at the top indicating the problem.



Once Earth Cam fixes their cameras the other views will begin to work again.
