It's week 3 and we came into the season with hopes of being 2 - 0 or 1 - 1. That was the plan and then we got punched in the face not once, but twice leaving us at 0 - 2. So, what gives? Can we recover? Have our play makers lost a step? Can we kiss the playoffs good-bye? Do we need to scrap the coaching staff and begin a rebuilding phase? Do we have to get rid of the FO hierarchy?
But wait, there are still 14 games to play, including the most important game of the season at Carolina. Why is this the most important game of the season? It's the NEXT GAME and that game should always be the most important game on the schedule. To be 0 - 2 is disappointing to say the least. Very few teams have ever made the playoffs starting out a season with two losses. But we happen to be one of those teams who did just that. Can we repeat that, who knows. All we know is that it's going to be an uphill struggle from here on out. Everyone on this team needs to man up. Coaches, players, and FO.
It is now a matter of personal and professional pride. Do we have what it takes?
