NO DOUBT...ill take cruz over SS any day
He is so much better than Smith it's not even a comparison. Smith was a great possession receiver and security blanket for Eli. But Cruz is a big play waiting to happen, he can take to the house on any given play and change the game. 1500+ receiving yards unreal.
Throw Cruz the ball, make **** happen, Cruz is fast, anyone think he can run a wildcat or something?
Wildcat and Gilbride don't mix I know.

Cruz & Smith are very simular in the way both play. Both will attack the ball & make catches regardless of tight coverage. They both are tough as nails & are always extending the play with YAC.
You were referring to Steve Smith of the Carolina Panthers right?

What's amazing is that Cruz can also fill the role of the security blanket when needed. He's really incredible.
