Don't forget about Eli didn;t want to go there after they drafted him. Why he didn't want to go to the Chargers?

I feel the league has moved forward in a lot of ways and coaches like TC and Gilbride have not moved with it, they seem stuck in the past and refuse to adapt....

What do I like about him? He's been the OC for an offense that is dynamic and generally high scoring.
He is def. all or nothing...

To be pro-Gilbride you would have to enjoy watching an offense that has no rhyme or reason.

The following are musts in a Gilbride offense:

3 and out is what it's about. You must do everything in your power to NOT move the chains.
Third and short you must throw long, and I mean long.
3rd and long you must run a draw and once in a blue moon try a very ugly screen.

The red zone truly is the "red" zone in a Gilbride offense. Our plan favors the field goal over the TD.
Inside the opponents 10, you must run on into the backs of your lineman on 1st and 2nd downs, and then throw the fade on 3rd down.

    Other observations:

NEVER play-action and throw long on 2nd and 1.
NEVER utilize a short passing game as our running plays.
NEVER run a reverse or double reverse.
    NEVER run a flee-flicker.
NEVER go after our opponents weakest player/s.

    You get the idea.... ;-)
