    Ballard back in practicing

Jake Ballard was back on field with limited practice today. This could be a great sign depending on how that practice actually went and its only Wednesday. Will he make it for this Sunday?

That is good news, lets hope he progresses well and can play!
My goal had been to win a championship, work toward the Hall of Fame, have my jersey retired by the team and I`d go in as a lifelong New York Giant, but I`m now resigned to the fact that this won`t happen. -- Michael Strahan, just when you think you're down...

Pascoe and Hynoski combined to partially fill Ballard's role and Beckum was open a couple times but I don't think Eli has any confidence in Beckum. Eli missed him low on one pass and didn't even look his way once when he was wide open.

We need Ballard. Maybe not so much for Atlanta but going forward, for sure. We're having problems down by the goal line without him.

Ballard claims that the injury is mainly with stability and not so much with pain. He said that he is going to get it taped and braced up and try it out and see what the coaching staff says. I certainly hope he can play but then again I'd be concerned if he took a shot to the knee during the game.

Made a post about a tweet he made the other night.
It was around 1 am and he said he couldnt sleep because he was to excited about the game. Check out the thread. I took it as he expects to play
