Yea they got spanked... Crazy that Bama only gave up ten sacks all season and gave up seven to Oklahoma tonight. And when AJ wasn't being sacked he was running for his life and having to throw the ball away many many times, once causing an intentional grounding and loss of down. Lots of turnovers and awful defense. Looked like their hearts just were not into it. I guess playing for the title two years in a row and thinking you were going to play for a third as you cruised along the whole season un beaten until auburn exposed them. I guess they just couldn't get up for this game after getting embarrassed by auburn
Football has been very, very good to us.
In the midst of this losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

However everyone in country that's celebrating that Alabama got knocked off its parastatal should look at history before they do to much dancing.

After winning a title in 2009 they cruised through the 2010 season on their way to what they thought was going to be back to back titles. They even came out fired up in the last game vs auburn and built a Hugh half time lead. However cam newton and auburn made a tremendous comeback in second half and it was auburn that went on to win the national title. Bama fans and players were devastated.

However with the recruiting Saban and Alabama does they were able to bounce back and win back to back in 2011/2012.

So who knows what happens next year when top 4 make it in. Most likely a team like Bama could be involved for a title every year now under these new rules
