It also said that TB OC Sullivan was getting an interview with Chicago for their HC position. The Bears asked TB for permission....
Football has been very, very good to us.
Even though 2013 was a losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

    Let's make it 5 in 2014 !!!

Not bad to get fired on a Monday and get a job paying approx 5m a season for 4 seasons 2 days later.

What said? Trestman is still Chicago's coach.

The only stuff I can find on this is from last year. It's 2014 now...

Good solid hire for Tampa bay.. The players need a coach they can relate to, and Lovie Smith is def a players coach. The strict Schiano is now out the door. I'm sure the Bucs will play hard for there new coach, as they'll love his Players Coach ways... At least for awhile..lol
