Since none of U gave me a suggestion im going to give us Devin Taylor DE South Carolina. Just dont see glaring holes on the roster besides TE.
who are our fa's for next year and players with 1 year left?
FA's

    Mario Manningham

    Terrel Thomas

    Kareem Mckenzie

    Jon Goff

    Aaron Ross

    1 year left

    Kiwi

    Osi

    Phillips

    Jacobs

    Barden

    Beckum

    Beatty

    Koets

    Sintim

I considered CB but I think Thomas will be retained, WR I dont know the Giants have become very passive with there negotiations and I think teams will be extremely interested in him. I think the Giants will lowball him and lose him in all honesty. OT, depends on how Beatty plays this year but it is possible. FS- IF Phillips knee acts up.LB Ive given up on a 1st round LB

    Id put it

    DE

    WR

    OT

    FS

    CB

in likeliness of 1st round pick
do you have us picking in the same spot or are you projecting a lower pick?

They told me to go by this

Patriots draft was strong out of the gate
    3rd round RB Stevan Ridley - 64 yds rushing 2 TD's, 47 yds receiving 1 TD
3rd round QB Ryan Mallet- 12/19 164 yds TD
I was watching tape on Ridley very underrated. If Mallet can improve his footork in the pocket he can be pretty damn good. When he got time he ripped teams to shreds. He did have probably the best WR corp in the Nation though

When Mallet has a pocket to stand in the guy can flat out sling it. Kind of reminds me of a young Kerry Collins, but I think Mallets arm is even better then Kerry's was.

As for Ridley, he's the prototypical patriots back. Down hill runner with a nice low pad level that can contribute in the passing game. Reminds me of a young Sammy Morris

Happen to notice both Mason Foster (Bucs) and Casey Matthews (Eagles) are already starting for their respective teams. Thought I'd point that out since both got so much pub on the boards pre draft

Im sure most of U guys have seen this but Knile Davis broke his ankle and is out for the season. Its his 3rd broken ankle in 3 years. His chances of being drafted high in 2013 are most likely gone. No way would I use a high pick on a RB with reoccurring ankle breaks.

The rumor is he has the same affliction to his ankle that Yao Ming has.

from what I understand, based on contracts/playing time, we should get some for Cofield and Boss. Smith's injury, and signing Baas might limit it to two picks, but we could wind up with a 3rd and 4th.

Just imagine this past draft with two 3's and two 4's rather than three 6's.
