Why do they still talk about Freshman like there still freshman? I mean were how far into the season now? There basically sophmores now Not to mention if u can play U can play! Right now Fla St's Oline looks to be in very bad hands on the interior as they are just being dismantled! Te'o is gonna have 4sacks in this game against this wack unit!
2 of those guys on FSU's Oline are staring their 1st game ever.
Thats fine and dandy Ive seen freshman start the first game ever on the first game of the season of there freshman yr and do better then this unit's doing There is no excuse to be as bad as they are They've been a part of this football team for a full season now and that is a TON of practice and i understand its not just like a Game but they should be a bit more prepared then they seem to be They are playing pathetically!
I agree they are garbage. But you said they arent freshman at this piont in the season because of all the playtime they have had. Thats not true. FSU has lost 7 offensive lineman to injury this year. 2 of those guys have barely played this year if at all. Those guys are the definition of freshman.

If you talk FSU, you need to look at their defense and their special teams.

There are about 8 guys on that defense who may end up in the NFL, maybe more. A bunch of them are too young to come out this year though.

The special teams is amazing as well. That punter leads the nation in gross AND net punting....how rare is that?

Greg Reid is 1 of the best punt returners of the last decade.

And they have a very good place kicker as well.

On offense Davtone Freeman is going to be a very good back in a couple years. But he is still in diapers right now. And of course, Nick O'leary is going to be a good TE. But, these 2 guys are way too green to carry an offense right now.

They either win on defense/special teams or not at all.

Hate to tell you, 4th string freshman guards who would have never even dressed for games had there not been massive injuries do not practice against 1st string all americans all year long.

I realize Florida State has got 4 freshmen starting on their O-Line but they've gotta step up their play if they want to win this game. They are not helping out EJ Manuel one bit. Defense has looked good so far.
great minds think alike! Fla St's offense is dreadful!
They actually have a lot of talent on offense, but they have got to protect their QB.
I don't know man EJ didn't look all to impressive against Fla or Virginia and has very few stand out games I know they don't have Andrew Datko but at some point they did and i still don't see any games where your like "whoa this EJ kid is really good!" Of course im talking about teams that have at least a tad bit of talent and not bum squads like NC STATE or DUKE
Look man, EJ Manuel is a good QB (not great) but he needs some protection from his O-Line and anyone watching this game can see that.
Oh i agree BUt regardless he hasen't show much even when hes got a healthy line Hes very inaccurate and dosen't run as well as you'd think Seems he has no confidence in his throwing ability I'd be surprised if he was anything more then a later round draft pick Topping out in the 5th round area Just my opinion

    There Defesne is great though!
Yeah, they've got a really good defense. Call it a homer statement or whatever you want but I think Florida State has got the 3rd best overall defense in CFB. If they could only move the ball on offense and score some damn points.
The kid is a 17 year old freshman sportzfan, take it easy on the young fella. He'll get better, a lot better in time (believe that) and you will see him starting in the NFL one day.

Lets talk about Bobby Hart then....

He was not even listed on the depth chart at the start of the season. There were 5 listed tackles(3 left tackles) none of which was Hart. So, that makes him AT BEST 4th string. Feel free to verify it here. Thank you for proving my point.

He was 16 years old at the start of the season. He turned 17 in September.

He is playing against very good ND defensive line.

    Your being a little hard.
