Awesome display of O-line talent in this Rose Bowl. Redshirt SophmorePeter Konz the Wisconsin Center is a future first rounder. Wouldnt be surprised if he is at LT next year

Man this Wisconsin Center is really, really good. What a performance running the football on this drive. They have some serious run blockers on this line. Say what U want about Carimi but he drives guys back when they run the football.

Im leaning towards Demarcus Love as theO-lineman I want.He has manned 4 spots on the Arkansas line before settling in to the weakside tackle role for the Razorbacks. He started games atweakside guardfor a running team with Mcfadden and Jones. Moved to Strongside guard in 08. Moved to Strongside Tackle in 09 and Finally weakside tackle in 2010. With the Giants line in a case of constant flux and no one really having a solid hold ona spot besides Chris Sneehaving Loves versatilitywould be a gigantic plus.He has proved to be an effective pass blocker who has gotten very littledouble team help. Beingthat he is the Weakside Tackle very rarely does a TE line up on his side.He has done a fantastic job on when placed on an island against speed rushers and more power guys. Some people have wrote Love projects better at RT or Guard because of technique andfootwork problems. I think that some of these things have been more to do with the moving around and switching sides . Having to lean a new position each year hasnt allowed him to refine himself at 1 spot. I think when he reaches the NFL, Gets with some NFL coaches on top of all his prior experience, I think the skys the limit. I really like Loves upside and believe he is worthy of a first round pick. If he goes in the 2nd like these draft sites are projecting your getting a huge steal
U know how i feel about Love.. I freaking LOVE him, no pun intended...lol I've been gassing him and Sherrod as my top 2 guys since before its been the sexy thing to do... They make this OT class worth talking about, as i really feel without those 2, there is alot of questions with the others, like can carimi play LT on the pro level, is costanzo strong enough to hold up in the NFL, is Solder gonna live up to the potential...etc...etc I go Sherrod then Love, with Carimi following...

A power Guard is a intersting thing to consider as well, to line up in seuberts spot and really give us a potent 1-2 guard combo for the Run game, a guy like Jon moffitt and justin boren come to mind....
Moffit has played center before as well. U could draft him and put him there. I would love to get a physical downhill run blocker at like him at center. I would much rather draft Moffit and play him at Center then draft Stefen Wisniewski
Wisnewski had a good Bowl game against FLorida... I was impressed at the lanes opened up for Royster... But Moffitt is the man, he looked good yesterday besides a penalty...

    Wish list -

LBs - Casey Matthews, Travis Lewisor Quan Sturdivant. All very instinctual which is what makes them special.Matthews and Quanaren't extremely fast but they play with great technique in coverage as their hips and footwork are very fluid.

S - Deunta Williams and Ahmad Black - Replace Grant if he walks? Like these guys. Read & react skills are essential for a safety and both of these guys have it. I love Rahim moore but he is just way too poor as against the run

CB - Janoris Jenkins, Brandon Harris, and Shareece Wright - Brandon Harris does not have great instincts and has gotten beat badly sometimes but he is a good technician. Jenkins is a great all around corner and i love usc's wright who is a good corner. I also like curtis brown from texas and UNC's kendrick burney

DE - JJ Watt - my favorite lineman in the draft. just absolutely dominant technician. not a great athlete but similar to clay matthews coming out his motor can compensate for that. if he doesnt declare this year definitely a top 5 pick next year

OL - Derek Sherrod, Wisniewski, and Kirkpatrick - love sherrod tho i would like him to be a bit more physical but that is a little overrated. wis is a dominant technician but not the mauling type. love kirkpatrick.

What? JJ Watt is 6'6 290+ pounds, hes a 5 tech in a 3-4 defense. And Clay Matthews was a great athlete coming out.

Wasn't one of the UNC corners supposed to be damn good coming into this season? I obviously don't follow college ball as closely as you guys, but was sure that I heard one of their corners was supposed to be a 1st or 2nd round type guy?

edit- nevermind I guess it's Kendric Burney, tiny guy.

and? lol. if u mean watt is a great athlete simply because of his size i guess thats a fair argument. from my observation JJ Watt does not look like an overly great athlete like a suh or allen bailey coming out. not to say he isnt athletic in his own right.I felt thatwas a slight issue derrick morgan had coming out last year too, not a great athlete that most 1st round picks are.Watt IMOwill be aDE in the nfl, doesn't really have the frame or size for a DT.

also couldve sworn the biggest criticism clay matthews had coming out was his lack of athleticism and upside. he did not have the superb athletic abilityofother LBs coming out of that year like cushing and curry. matthews was more of aelite quickness, high motorkind of guy
