    DE in the first round?

I know it seems like the movie Groundhog Day but we may be looking at a DE again in the 1st round.
JPP coming off another injury and Kiwi in the final year of his contract, Moore showing speed but not enough strength last year and a little spindly for the position.

No matter what our 1st pick is shaping up as an OT, DE or TE I think.
Perhaps if a game changing WR is available we might go there as well.

It still feels like a DE or OT to me.

    Thoughts?
No one remembers who came in second.

My thoughts are the only DE worth the #12 pick is Clowney who will be long gone. DE in the 2nd round is more likely. Donald, a DT is a solid pass rusher who would be a great addition for the pass rush. Unless we trade back, I dont see us going DE in the first. The need is there though.

Ealy will be the best DE available at #12.. don't see it happening

There are no good DE after Clowney. Zack Martin is the pick.

Barr is also possible. Situational pass rusher is still a pass rusher

I dont follow college ball but ive heard Clowney has questionable work ethic. Any chance he drops?

I would assume it's possible. You do have to wonder how much they like Ealy. I think it's certainly more plausible than OT much to everyone's chagrin. I think you're omitting DT. A passrush can be generated anywhere.
