And I'm not knocking him at all... I think he has been playing great.. But with our receivers.. Nicks, MM, Cruz. If Eli can perfect the pump fake, that defensive player would pause just enough to REALLY create big play possibilities.

I actually thought he was doing it fine this season, and at just the right amount. Think of it this way: if Eli pump fakes too much, defenders are going to expect the pump fake and just wait for him to throw it to the WR, hence allowing them (the defense) to make a play. Kind of negates the effect of the pump fake if overused.
